my story at betphoenix from this early afternoon:

I am supposed to have 17404 euros in my account and when I logged in today there was 16004 Euros. First I thought that they processed my withdrawal but when I checked my transactions I did not see anything there just the money became less (not sure about the numbers as every time I refreshed amount was lower).
After I logged in few times to old and new version to check my transactions and what is happening I contacted live chat:

I already made two complaints to SBR but no reply so I hope that it will get some reply here at least:

I made two asian handicap bets on 02.10.; Bayern Munchen - Koeln (my bet was AH +2 for Koeln for 500 Euros) and ManU - Sunderland (my bet was AH +2 for Sunderland for 500 Euros).
